Service Description

Detail-oriented signing support for buyers, sellers, lenders, and title professionals. Starting at $150; the final written quote depends on package type, page count, printing, scanbacks, document return, location, and expected appointment time. Seller-only, reverse mortgage, and other specialized packages are quoted individually. Your quote identifies notarial fees, signing support, printing allowance, scanbacks, document return, and any included travel. Travel is not charged twice when included in an agreed package. TRAVEL FEES Distance is measured by one-way driving mileage from our Weatherford business base to your appointment location. Up to 10 miles: $35 Over 10–20 miles: $50 Over 20–30 miles: $65 Over 30 miles: written quote based on distance and drive time. One travel fee applies per appointment, not per signature. Travel is separate from notarial or other service fees. Your itemized total is confirmed before the appointment.
