Service Description

Careful notarization of eligible, client- or attorney-provided estate documents, powers of attorney, affidavits, and related paperwork. Single-document appointments follow the notarial and travel fees below. Multi-document estate signings, witness coordination, and probate hearing attendance receive a written quote based on the work and time required. The calendar slot is a scheduling allowance, not an included hour of hearing attendance. NOTARIAL FEES Acknowledgments: up to $10 for the first signature and $1 for each additional signature on the same instrument. Oaths, affirmations, and other eligible notarial acts are charged according to the Texas statutory fee schedule. Additional documents and acts are itemized separately. TRAVEL FEES Distance is measured by one-way driving mileage from our Weatherford business base to your appointment location. Up to 10 miles: $35 Over 10–20 miles: $50 Over 20–30 miles: $65 Over 30 miles: written quote based on distance and drive time. One travel fee applies per appointment, not per signature. Travel is separate from notarial or other service fees. Your itemized total is confirmed before the appointment. For one eligible $10 notarial act, example appointment totals are $45 up to 10 miles, $60 over 10–20 miles, and $75 over 20–30 miles. Printing, witnesses, extended attendance, and other requested services are quoted separately before you agree. We do not prepare legal documents or give legal advice.
