Service Description

Assistance coordinating eligible documents for apostille processing. Facilitation starts at $150. Before payment, receive a written quote identifying the documents, submission route, government fees, shipping, courier charges, pickup, return delivery, and any notarization required, with included and additional charges clearly stated. Apostilles are issued by the appropriate government authority. Fine Point provides facilitation and does not issue apostilles. Processing estimates depend on government and courier availability; completion dates are confirmed for the selected route. For local pickup or delivery: TRAVEL FEES Distance is measured by one-way driving mileage from our Weatherford business base to your appointment location. Up to 10 miles: $35 Over 10–20 miles: $50 Over 20–30 miles: $65 Over 30 miles: written quote based on distance and drive time. One travel fee applies per appointment, not per signature. Travel is separate from notarial or other service fees. Your itemized total is confirmed before the appointment. Travel included in an agreed package is not charged twice.
